About Chapters
What Is an ERA Chapter?
An ERA Chapter is a local professional network of Executive Recruiters Association members established to strengthen professional relationships, encourage knowledge sharing, and create opportunities for collaboration among executive recruitment professionals. Chapters provide members with a platform to connect with fellow recruiters, participate in professional activities, exchange industry insights, and contribute to the growth of the executive recruitment community.
ERA Chapters bring together members within a defined geographical region, creating stronger
local professional connections and opportunities for collaboration
Chapters facilitate professional meetings, networking activities, knowledge-sharing sessions,
and other initiatives that encourage member engagement.
